> Collecting your medicine is quick and easy, at pick-up points with extended operating hours.
BonoloMeds helps to avoid crowded clinics, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic.

You can collect three-months’ worth or more of your medicine at once.
You only need to visit the clinic twice a year. If you are on antiretroviral treatment for HIV, viral load testing is done six months after you begin treatment, and again six months thereafter to check that the medicine is working. After your first two clinic visits, a viral load test will be done once a year. This means that the month of your second viral load test will be your annual test anniversary; (for example, if your second test is done in July 2020, your next test will be in July 2021).
You can nominate one person, to collect your medicine for you. This is useful for older people, patients who are not mobile, or those with weak immune systems who may be in isolation due to their increased risk of COVID-19 infection. There are seldom medicine shortages at these pick-up points so your treatment is not likely to be interrupted, and this helps in keeping your condition stable. Your medicine is packed in a sealed box, so no-one can see what’s inside your parcel.
BonoloMeds is supported by a Toll-Free Call Center should patients need any help or assistance contact tel: 800 2777 5
With BonoloMeds you don’t have to travel long distances, or wait in long queues at public facilities.
