With BonoloMeds you get your medicine fast so you don’t have to stand in a long queue at a busy clinic. Many patients have chronic conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure or HIV, and the best way to manage these chronic conditions is by staying on your medication. BonoloMeds can help you with this. It’s Fast, It’s Easy, It’s Free Who can use Bonolomeds Ask your healthcare professional if you qualify to use BonoloMeds You can register for BonoloMeds if: You have a chronic condition and your test results are within the normal range. If you adhere well to your medication You have a valid Lesotho Identity Document (ID), or an Asylum Seeker Permit, or a Foreign Passport. If you are younger than 18 and do not yet have a Lesotho ID, a birth certificate may be used to register for BonoloMeds, as well as for verification when collecting your medication. If a child is younger than 12, he or she will require a parent, guardian or proxy to collect medication on his or her behalf. When your parcel is ready for you to collect, you will receive an SMS to go to the pick-up point and collect your medicine. How to register On your next appointment at your clinic, ask your healthcare professional if you qualify for BonoloMeds, if you do they will register you on BonoloMeds. You must then choose a pick-up point that is close and easy for you. You can choose to use a standard BonoloMeds pick-up point, or you can choose a BonoloMeds Collect & Go smart locker. Wherever you see the BonoloMeds sign. When it’s time for your follow up check-up and a new prescription, you will receive an SMS reminding you to return to your healthcare facility. If you choose to collect from a BonoloMeds Collect & Go smart locker, the SMS will have a One-time PIN (OTP). Use this number on the Collect & Go smart locker touch screen. This number will open the locker door for you so you can get your medicine. If you choose a standard BonoloMeds pick-up point, take your identification document and your BonoloMeds Collection Card with you when you collect your medication. Your medication will be in a sealed box.
